A little customer feedback

A few weeks ago I had a request to make a cake at the last minute for a customer. Claire got in touch to thank me and graciously allowed me to share her picture and feedback.

‘Gillian was absolutely fantastic, stepping into the breach when my original supplier fell ill four days before my 30th! Not only did she take on my order despite having other orders that week, she produced a stunning, really unique cake! I had said that I was more than happy to simplify the idea, but she rose to the challenge and delivered a perfect cake that was just as I’d wanted. Plus it tasted amazing too!’
